ABOUT US
HeatShock fitness is a holisitic gym in Homer Glen that is half gym and half recovery. We are equipped with private AND group infrared saunas on one side of the gym, and cardio equipment, and strength training on the other side of the gym. Whether you are pushing your workout that day, or trying to de-stress, you can come to the same place!
What is unique, is that our infrared saunas include trainer-led workouts for both the group and private saunas, using 120-160 degree heat for maximum benefits:
